Electric heating elements bring the cremation chamber to 600°C–800°C (±50°C) with precise digital control — delivering thorough, consistent incineration at 130–150 kg/hr with no flame or fuel combustion.
Inbuilt digital PLC panel monitors and displays all operational parameters in real time — temperature zones, power draw, door status — enabling precise, repeatable electric heating control.
Special shaped, high-quality ISI-marked refractory — including high alumina material element holding bricks — withstands up to 1600°C for lasting structural integrity and superior thermal efficiency.
Pre-wired modular sections (5–6 pieces) ensure easy on-site assembly, with installation and commissioning supervised by the Kanta Electricals technical team.
Electric operation drastically reduces combustion emissions. The optional stainless-steel wet scrubber further ensures full CPCB and State Pollution Control Board compliance.
No gas pipeline, no diesel storage, no fuel logistics — the CS-EL1 runs entirely on grid electricity (54–63 kW), eliminating recurring fuel costs and supply chain dependencies entirely.
