Primary chamber at 850°C delivers thorough incineration. Post-combustion chamber at 1050°C ± 50°C with a total diesel-fired input of 14,00,000 BTU/hr (410 kW) eliminates residual odour and gases completely.
Inbuilt digital PLC panel monitors and displays all operational parameters in real time — temperature, gas flow, door status — for precise, repeatable operator control.
High-quality branded ISI-marked refractory withstands up to 1600°C, ensuring structural integrity and thermal efficiency over thousands of cremation cycles.
Pre-wired modular sections (5–6 pieces) ensure easy on-site assembly, with installation and commissioning supervised by the Kanta Electricals technical team.
Optional stainless-steel wet scrubber keeps hot gas emissions within regulatory limits, fully aligned with CPCB and respective State Pollution Control Board norms.
Diesel fuel makes the CS-D fully independent of gas pipelines or LPG supply chains — ideal for remote sites, rural crematoriums, and locations with unreliable gas infrastructure.
